1. E-Hailing Services (Recommended) Grab is the most popular and reliable ride-hailing app in Malaysia.

2. Private Driver / Car Hire For full-day tours or multiple stops, hiring a private driver is a great option. This is especially useful for groups or families wanting a more flexible schedule.

3. Rental Car For maximum flexibility, consider renting a car at the airport or in the city. Driving in Kota Kinabalu is generally straightforward. Here vehicles drive on the left side of the road, and the steering wheel is on the right.

HOUSEKEEPING
SERVICE

We provide full housekeeping service every two days. For your convenience, extra towels are available until the next housekeeping service. If needed, trash bags can be replaced daily upon request.

TOURISM
TAX

A tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night will be applied to all foreign guests, in accordance with the Government of Malaysia’s mandate. This tax will be collected upon check-in.

AIRPORT 
TRANSFER

While we do not provide airport transfers directly, we are happy to assist in arranging a private transfer for you at an additional cost. To ensure availability, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
